Jessica brings more than two decades of management and QSR experience to The Falcons Group. Jessica is in her element when working directly with her team, learning about their personalities and helping them build on their strengths. She is often praised for her leadership skills, training ability and for the insight she brings to team management. Her family – especially her children – that’s the inspiration behind Jessica’s work ethic, as proves you can do anything you put your mind to. One of the biggest hurdles Jessica has overcome in her career is the transition from managing one restaurant to multiple units and developing ways to achieve overall goals collectively with her team. She credits that transition for shaping her into the leader she is today. Though she has won many awards, including multi-unit manager of the year multiple times, Jessica says that pales in comparison to watching those under her leadership climb the ranks and reach their potential in the food service industry or even other professions. Some of those talented individuals still reach out to her with updates on their careers. Other fun facts about Jessica: she loves the beach, collects snow globes and if there’s an NFL game on, you’ll catch her cheering on the Dallas Cowboys!
