Who Is 
The Falcons Group is comprised of different entities; each entity contains a separate portfolio of the company. Currently, the group is comprised of Falcons Burger that manages Checkers & Rally's Drive-in; Falcons Coffee that oversees Dunkin' and Baskin Robbins cafés; Falcons Restaurant Group that runs TGI Fridays restaurants and Falcons Properties that owns real estate for a number of the group's locations. Currently, the group is operating in seven states and continues to expand its footprint through strategic acquisitions, smart conversions, and diligent new store development. Each brand operates independently with support and direction provided by the corporate headquarters in Atlanta.

QDOBA Mexican Eats
Qdoba is a chain of fast casual restaurants in the United States and Canada serving Mexican-style cuisine. After 15 years as a wholly owned subsidiary of Jack in the Box, the company was sold to a consortium of funds led by Apollo Global Management in March 2018. In October 2022, Qdoba was acquired by Butterfly Equity. At the time of the acquisition, Qdoba had nearly 750 locations across North America. It is the No.2 player and No.1 franchisor of Mexican fast-casual dining in North America. -

Falcons Properties manages several real estate locations operating under the umbrella in addition to restaurant real estate that is not being supervised by an operating entity. The Group offers build-to-suit leases producing a development branch that also manages the construction.
