The Falcons Group is not exclusive to the restaurant industry and has expanded to include investing in real estate and development. Falcons Properties manages several real estate locations operating under the umbrella in addition to restaurant real estate that is not being supervised by an operating entity. The Group offers build-to-suit leases producing a development branch that also manages the construction.
